6.0/10

Staying at this campground had its ups and downs. While it offered a unique camping experience and was close to Whistler, I found it quite pricey, and the management could use some improvement in communication. The scenic surroundings and nearby walking trails were definitely highlights, but some amenities like Wi-Fi and showers felt lacking or inconvenient at times.

Rooms
6.0
The facilities were fairly basic, and it was disappointing that I had to buy tokens to use the showers, especially given the price.
Service
5.0
The service could have been better; for instance, check-in information wasn’t consistent, and notifications about changes like fire bans weren’t communicated effectively.
Location
9.0
The location was lovely, providing beautiful scenery and easy access to Whistler village, making it great for outdoor activities.
Dining
5.0
The dining options seemed limited, and I didn't find them appetizing, which was a bit of a letdown.
Facilities
6.0
While there were some nice amenities like free Wi-Fi, my experience with them was inconsistent, with connectivity issues during my stay.

5.2/10

The campsite's location is excellent for visiting Whistler, just a short walk from the village. However, the cleanliness of the facilities left much to be desired, and the lack of operational amenities felt like a missed opportunity for a corporate campsite. I had hoped for more given the high prices. Overall, it's convenient but not worth the money for the state of the facilities.

Rooms
5.0
The campsites were okay, not overly large and lacked privacy, but they provided a decent space for resting after a long day. However, considering the price, I expected better maintenance.
Service
5.0
The staff were generally quick and cheerful, but I was disappointed when my complaint about dirty facilities went unanswered.
Location
9.0
The campsite was ideally located close to the village, making it easy to explore Whistler. However, the proximity didn't compensate for the cleanliness issues I encountered.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were rather limited and unappetizing, which was disappointing given the cost of staying there.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities, particularly the bathrooms, were not well maintained, which significantly impacted my stay. I found them unsatisfactory and dirty.

My stay was pretty decent overall, with a charming cabin experience that provided a cozy alternative to pricier resorts. The location was fantastic, being so close to Whistler village. However, the cleanliness could be improved, especially in the shared facilities, which really detracted from the experience. The limited space in the cabin was also a bit of a challenge, making it awkward for adults to sleep comfortably.

Rooms
6.0
The cabin was charming but a bit small for four adults; the loft beds would really only suit kids or teens. Cleanliness was an issue as I found some cobwebs and dust.
Service
5.0
I had mixed experiences with service. Some staff were friendly and accommodating, but my complaints were not addressed adequately. I had to follow up multiple times to get a response regarding the cleanliness issue.
Location
10.0
The location was perfect, just a short distance from Whistler village, making it easy to access everything without much hassle.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were very limited and frankly uninspired, which was a letdown.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were not up to par; the shared bathroom was unclean when I arrived, and service regarding complaints was lacking.

Our recent camping experience was commendable, especially with the beautiful surroundings and clean facilities. We loved the access to bike trails leading to the village which made everything super convenient. However, our stay was marred by some issues with site assignments and an unpleasant encounter with the reception regarding our camping arrangements. Overall, it was a mixed experience that had its highs and lows.

Rooms

Our campsite was well-kept and clean, although we faced issues with site suitability.
Service

While the reception staff provided some helpful information, they were not very accommodating when we faced issues with our campsite assignment.

5.6/10

The campground is clean and well-maintained, with a lovely bike trail nearby and quick access to Green Lake. However, the experience was marred by issues with site size and unhelpful customer service. Overall, it offers decent privacy but may not be suitable for larger RVs or when customer support is needed.

Rooms
5.0
The site we were given was very small and cramped, making it difficult to enjoy our stay. Despite the cleanliness of the washrooms, the campground did not provide an adequate space for our RV.
Service
5.0
The service left much to be desired, as the staff were unhelpful when we needed assistance with our site. It was frustrating that they were not accommodating despite plenty of available spots.
Location
9.0
The campground boasts a great location, with the bike/walking trail adjacent to it and only a 20-minute walk from Green Lake, which is stunning.
Dining
Facilities
8.0
The washrooms were consistently clean, which was a positive aspect of the facilities at the campground.
